Campaign Terms

1. Overview

These Campaign Terms govern the submission, review, hosting, and management of campaigns on the Samivra platform. By submitting a campaign, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

Campaigns may be submitted by:

• Registered startups, businesses, and companies.
• Registered NGOs, trusts, and societies.
• Individuals with a legitimate cause, subject to verification.

3. Verification

Every campaign is reviewed before it goes live. Verification includes:

• Identity and KYC documents.
• Cause evidence and supporting documents.
• Eligibility assessment against internal policy and applicable law.
• A recorded decision: approved, returned for correction, or declined.

4. Campaign content

You are responsible for the accuracy of all campaign content, including descriptions, images, documents, and updates. Content must be truthful and must not infringe the rights of any third party.

Samivra Ventures aims to align fundraising content with the principles of honesty, substantiation, fairness, and responsible representation reflected in the Advertising Standards Council of India's Code and relevant guidelines.

5. Funds and payments

Campaign-related funds and Samivra's professional fees are kept separate. The exact mechanism is defined per campaign type and set out in the client agreement after legal and finance review.

Where Samivra Ventures retains a platform fee, commission, or other charge, the relevant amount or calculation method should be disclosed clearly as applicable.

6. Refunds

Refund policies are defined per campaign type and disclosed at the time of payment. Where a campaign is cancelled or suspended, supporters will be informed about how refunds will be handled.

Refunds are not guaranteed unless provided for under the applicable terms or required by law.

7. Reporting

Progress updates and agreed reports are maintained through to closure. These reports are shared with supporters and, where applicable, with campaign partners.

8. Prohibited campaigns

Samivra Ventures does not support campaigns that involve:

• Unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive purposes.
• Activities contrary to applicable law or public policy.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or similar activities.
• Content infringing third-party rights.

9. Suspension and termination

Samivra Ventures may suspend or terminate a campaign if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if the campaign is found to be ineligible. Campaigns may also be returned for correction during verification.
